Knowing Your Hair

Women,  do we really ask ourselves this following questions everyday;

  •  Do we really know our hair in and out?
  •  Do we really have time for our hair?
  •  Is my hair healthy and  am i giving  my hair tender care?
  •  Why is my hair breaking?
  •  What can I do to avoid breakage?
  •  Do you ever check if you have bald spot on your hair?
  •  How can I make my hair grow faster?
  •  Am I using the right products on my hair?

There are lots more questions asked, even more than the list of questions listed above.  We should always ask and answer ourselves everyday of our lives.

Do we as women know about what  hair loss  is? Are we aware of hair loss?

We should be fully aware  about it so our hair has to be taken good care of. Images below are typical examples of hair loss.

Hair Loss, how can we define it? Well its name gives it away,  but it’s more than simply that. Its known as Alopecia, baldness or thinning of the hair on the scalp.There are six major causes of hair losswhich are; Genetic predisposition, stress and trauma, nutrition&diet, health, medication and hormonal changes. I would  break it down in my next post how all this can cause hair loss.

We as human beings all have different  body types, what might work for you  might not work for me until you give it a try.  About three months ago, I had a bald spot at the front of my hair and was always so worried about how would I make my hair grow again  and upon searching for solutions here and there it clicked. So decided to  go on YouTube and search on how can I cure my bald spot and different videos came up and stumbled upon a woman using onion juice to cure her baldness and wondered how is it possible. To my greatest surprise, Onion itself has a high amount of sulphur which is part of what the hair is composed of and its effectiveness in regenerating  hair follicles and stimulating hair regrowth. Took it upon myself  to try it and to my very own surprise it actually worked. Today my front hair is growing at a steady pace.

I hope this has given you an insight of  being aware of your hair.
